Adv-ACT Training
The Advanced ACT Training Programme
The step-by-step advanced ACT Training Programme that builds your skills, improves your outcomes and gives you the confidence to work with complexity.
My Goal:
Elevate your client outcomes to an 80%+ success rate by turning you into a proficient ACT Therapist.
No more getting stuck in old patterns.
No more hoping for the best.
No more feeling paralysed by inadequacy.
No more drowning in complexity.
When you complete the Advanced ACT Training Programme, you’ll know:
What to do.
How to do it.
And get personal guidance to hold yourself accountable and implement the process.
How does it work?
The Adv-ACT Training Programme is a nine-step curriculum that promises to transform your practice and turn you into a more proficient ACT Therapist.
It follows a step-by-step plan on what to do and how to do it while guiding you to hold yourself accountable and implement the steps effectively.
Video Lessons
Each week, you will get access to a new lesson. You can complete it anytime during the week to suit your timetable. Each lesson aims to teach you an integration of the head, hands and heart of ACT. In other words, they’ll be a bit of theory, a practical exercise and personal reflections.
Weekly Support (Almost)
We'll get together as a small group for three out of four weeks in the month. Our focus will depend on what we learn that week, including Q & A, Demonstrations and Small Group Role-Play.
Unlimited Support
You’ll have ongoing support from me. You can book as many 1:1 calls with me as you like. Many issues can be resolved in a short 15-minute session. However, if we need longer, we can do that too.
Plus, you’ll get support from your peers on the programme and those in the larger ACT Practitioners Community.
How do I apply?
First, check if the programme is a good fit by carefully reading the information above.
Book a non-obligation Discovery Call so I can get to know your practice, walk you through the process, answer your questions, and together, we’ll determine if we're a good fit.
